How to Manage Your Subscription

Reschedule Your Next Delivery

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to your Account page
  3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Choose what you’d like to do (skip, reschedule, update or cancel)


Adjust Your Subscription

  • Log into your account
  • Click Manage Subscriptions
  • Click Edit on the desired subscription

From here you can:

  • Change your delivery frequency or next order date
  • Update your product size, packaging type or subscription options

Update Your Address or Payment Details

You can update your details anytime:

  • Change your shipping address
  • Edit your personal info
  • Update your payment method

Just go to your Account Settings and select Edit your details or Manage Addresses

Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime in just a few clicks:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions
  3. Click Edit on the desired subscription
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription Settings
  5. Click Cancel Subscription

There are no long-term commitments.

Subscription FAQs

When Will I Be Charged?

Your subscription renews automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected.

A few days before your next order is processed, we’ll send you a reminder email so you have time to make any changes if needed. From your subscription portal, you can easily:

  • Change your next delivery date
  • Skip an order
  • Pause or cancel your subscription
  • Update your shipping details or payment method

On your scheduled renewal date, your payment will be processed automatically and your order will then be prepared and dispatched shortly afterwards.

Can I Send My Order Early?

Yes — if you’re running low, you can process your next subscription order early at any time.

Simply log into your subscription portal, select your upcoming order, and click “Send Now.”

Your order will then be processed immediately and prepared for dispatch shortly afterwards.

How Do I Skip or Delay an Order?

If you don’t need your next delivery yet, you can easily skip or reschedule your upcoming order from your subscription portal.

Simply:

  • Log into your subscription portal
  • Go to Manage Subscriptions
  • Select Skip or Reschedule on your upcoming order

You’ll also find additional subscription options in the sidebar, including updating your delivery frequency, payment method, shipping details, or pausing your subscription.

Can I Cancel If My Order Has Already Been Processed?

If your upcoming subscription order has already been processed, it may no longer be possible to change, cancel, or stop the shipment.

If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal.

Please note that cancellations apply to future subscription orders only. If your next order has already been processed, prepared, or dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
