Seaweed for Dogs Money Back Guarantee is for the rare cases where the product that you purchased does not lead to an improvement in the issue that it targets. It applies only to the products below, each with its own trial period:

  • Canident: 15 weeks
  • Borvo Nutrients Dental+: 15 weeks
  • Oculus Prime: 10 weeks
  • Stoolrite: 5 weeks

Our other supplements are not covered: every dog is different, and many underlying health factors can play a part. They are still covered by our returns policy (unopened items within 90 days).

How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

The Money Back Guarantee is for those rare cases where no improvement is seen in the condition of your dog that the product is targetting, or your dog will not eat the feed.

The following stipulations apply in relation to the Money Back Guarantee:

Proof of Purchase: The customer must have purchased the product from our website.

Usage*: The product must have been used correctly, every day, for its full trial period above.

Photos*: Before and after images should be supplied.

*Usage and photos are not required if the dog will not eat the feed, though we request that a short questionnaire is completed to help us improve our product offerings.

If there is no improvement in the issue, then this would mean the customer can get their money back. If you have any questions in relation to the above, or  are not happy but unable to fill the above criteria, then please get in contact.
